In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to issue a full refund within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days a store credit will be issued. We do not pay for shipping back your return.
Please send an email to email@example.com for instructions on how to return an item. All items must be in new and unused condition and be sent back in their original packaging.
Please include a copy of your invoice in the box with the return.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Using a Store Credit
Once we receive your return, you will receive an email stating your store credit has been applied to your account. When you sign in and place your next order the credit will automatically be deducted from your total. All returns are processed on Fridays.
Shipping and Tracking
- We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details and USPS tracking number.
- Most orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days after your order is placed via USPS.
